Join the EDC's Manufacturers Association of Florida’s Space Coast (MASC) Tuesday, August 13 for a facilitated discussion focused on regional partnerships to address advanced manufacturing technical skill needs.
FloridaMakes and National Science Foundation (NSF) center of excellence grantee Florida Advanced Technical Education (FLATE) will lead the collaborative outcome focused discussion to answer the question - How do manufacturers ensure that colleges produce work-ready graduates?
This workshop will provide MASC members the opportunity to participate in the processes of identifying skill gaps, relevant curriculum updates, expanding the exposure of manufacturing across the commercial sector, and increase manufacturing interests with respect to state legislative priorities.
